Find out how to publish linked data, where mash-ups are an application scenario. 
Principles:  Publishing Linked data (parallels will be drawn where relevant to Info Com guidelines, but will not be about his guidelines). 
Tutorial will be about how to quickly implement the LD principles and publish / maintain Linked Data (for non-connoisseurs), with an example drawn from the current economic context.  It will also feature details on how to quickly create data mash-ups from Linked Data, once this is published
